Which is more popular? Basi or Guardian? Just for ISK-making in Vangaurds etc.

The obvious answer is basi for shield fleets and guardian for armor....

Shield fleets are more common, so technically basis are used more, but armor logis per capita are much lower in number, so it's likely you'll get a fleet faster in a guardian than in a basilisk.

The oneiros and scimitar aren't exactly lame ducks, either...both work quite well.
