Someone bid in my auction and did buyout.

After two days there is no contact from buyer. Can I start auction again?

Can I buyout other auctions and dont respond with no penalty ?

oh and please tell me why contact a support that doesn't exist.....it's 4-5 days i'm waiting for an answer on my problem.....
