Similar issues. Fleet functions extremly laggy and when i do get a second in the fleet bonuses do not apply to the fleet creator.

Right click menu semi functional. sometimes opening people and places speeds it up after a jump.

Fleet mate reporting that he cannot dock after attempting to join by advert.

I'm getting all these problems... on one of two accounts. Looks like a server problem to me... let's see if this reboot fixes it.
