What happened to the New year weather balloon?? pics or it never happened :P

What ever happened to the new years weather balloon that was launched on new years eve?, was there pictures or Video?? As i can not seem to find it any were.

After further review of the play, the Hulk Hogan rule will not be put into effect.

In addition a 5 yard penalty is called against the offense for false start.

They are launching the balloon at fanfest. This was mentioned a while back. Dont feel like searching for it but it was said.

One lucky (or maybe not) person at fanfest will be chosen to be sent up along with the balloon.

i heard it was just the head. the balloon is to small for a full person
