If you really knew what he meant when he said that; you probably wouldn't be quoting him.

Why is it that people need to curse so badly? It takes more intelligence to explain the fact that you don't like something. Cursing is really just showing your age and your childishness. Grow up! Use big boy words.

The fact that you want and need to curse in the forum does not make people want to actually care about your wants or desires or your problems in this game. It's just showing your lack of intelligence.

Curse aint so bad. I lived there for a few years.

Wait, what?

My only problem is when a person seems to use "foul" language as a substitute for not knowing what to actually say.

Only thing worse than people swearing are the ******* who think they are self righteous vocabulary warriors of douchbaggery and honor.

For those that are trying to stay away from using foul language. Don't you feel better for it?

Then there are those that still want to show either their lack of intelligence or their immaturity. Sometimes you can't tell the difference.

While I do admit to not using the best sense in choosing my name I do still have the ability to not ask for pictures on this forum, or to say to do something to someone else. Many of you come her and go and say whatever. That is fine. by all means don't post your not required to do so.

To those that did though, You words speak volumes about your attitudes and age.

Personally I beleive that people that are offended by swear words are idiots. They are words, nothing more. People that think other people are dumb for using them are also idiots.

I do not agree on that. At first glance it might look like it has nothing to do with it to a layman. But to someone who's more aware of behavioral tendencies of individuals within certain social or societal constructs and contexts it's quite easy to get an indication of one's vocabulary, intelligence and maturity. Not to mention other things like ethnicity, social status, age and even sex.

But with that said cursing online in a textual matter doesn't make it have to be as such. Vocally it's usually easy to make certain connections to the indications I mentioned earlier. But textually it's a lot harder to make them because it's just not as easy to get a good insight into ones background. Specially if they think about what they write down. On the other hand a lot of people write down what they would say literally like if they were actually talking to someone. In those cases it would be easier. Handwriting expressions also can't be calculated in with online texts.

But I'm not against cursing. To a certain degree. Studies have shown over and over again that it serves as a stress and pain reliever. And using nuances to much makes some conversations or messages drag on and lose their emotional load. Which is something that communicates a message a lot stronger in a face to face conversation than the actual spoken words. It's society that lays down the rules as to how far it can go in certain contexts. But that doesn't remove the fact that cursing or swearing has nothing to do with it. And neither does it if you agree or disagree with someone choice of words.

Thank god for the ignore button tho^^

The biggest obstacle you'll encounter doing anything is yourself.

I probably would have taken your text more seriously had your name not made me raise my credulity level to "Troll"
