CPU & Power Grid numerical fractions in Fitting window

I just restarted playing EVE after a long while and am new to Crucible.

I realized, after a useless loss of ISK, that the numerical display for CPU and Power Grid are quite intuitively backwards now. The displayed numbers, in fraction style, are a bit misleading.

For example, 91.5/1,437.5 would normally mean that you've USED 91.5 units of a total of 1,437.5 units. But as it stands in the game now it means that you only have 91.5 units REMAINING of 1,437.5 total units.

Is anyone else confused at the CPU & Power Grid display now? Please chime in and let us know what you think.
