why not make some ice harvesting drones?
could make them need high level skill to use.
and / or maybe only work on a Rorqual.

if need be.
but i dont see why they need to be that big. they just need to carry it to the ship.
im sure they need to be large tho to push the blocks.
they need to make the drone bay larger on the Rorqual anyway.
its way to small for a ship that size.
