Alliance & Corporation Recruitment Center

I am a 2006 player with a brand new character looking for a corporation of mature pilots to call home. I really would love a team-oriented corporation with strong visionary leadership. My current corporation seems like it has some good people, but I really want a reason to play other than simply mining, mission running, etc. Essentially I want to see some long term goals, so when I fight or mine, or whatever the corp needs, I know i'm helping make an impression on the universe. I'm generally anti-pirate but feel free to give me a pitch if you believe I'd be interested.

I have had experience leading in many different roles, and I am quite good with creating and hosting websites, killboards, forums etc.. I am hoping these traits paired with the fact I am extremely loyal to groups I bond with will make me an excellent candidate for a solid corporation looking for a solid new player despite the fact this character is a fresh slate.

I am in possession of my former accounts, and I can use them to help the corp/alliance but I am not yet willing to disband them. These corps the former players belong to are all dead, none of them have activity, but what can I say... I'm loyal. I lead all of them, so no chance of them being recovered by anyone but myself, and as I now have a full time job I just don't have enough time to start or run a corporation. I would love to eventually make it to a leadership role as it's in my blood, but never again the top of a corp or alliance.

I am willing to share my previous characters with the CEO or relevant leadership, however I would like these identities to remain secret in case a few old enemies are still prowling around. I want a fresh start.

Other Skills:
Have recruited over 200 pilots in my day (doing so the hard way with alternate accounts to avoid potential spies)
Have lead 3 corporations (started two of them) of 25-75 members each
Have lead an alliance of 400+ members
Heavy Industry knowledge, especially advanced mining organizational knowledge
Capital ship piloting experience (carriers)
3.5-4 years of solid eve experience, 3 years in leadership roles
Organization is my specialty - i.e. ranks, rewards, awards, spreadsheets, isk programs, replacement programs, etc.
