Upgrading trial issues!

hi im using my good friends account to post this as i cant use an unactive account
i had a trial account and played it trough to the end and the other day wanted to play eve
so i went on the authoriseation page to use the upgrade trial account button however it links me to a 500 error message
page the ref number changes each time
ive tried it on two different pc's now and have the same problem
i made a petition and they told me what each button did i know each button does i need to know why it doesnt work
anyone got an idea?

try disabling any web antivirus modules
otherwise petition it again and impress upon them that you are getting an INTERNAL SERVER ERROR message

just tried it again without any antivirus/firewall options on and no joy
