I have suggested this before on the old forums but couldnt find it to renew the post. So I'll just repost the idea.

As it is now all moon materials are static and inexhaustable. My idea (probably not original but here goes) is
based around making it spawn randomly and in limited amounts. This will keep the concentrations moving and
give more people a chance to scan out a moon with some good stuff on it.

The spawns could last for a month or untill its depleted then the material will despawn and respawn at a random location.
Thos would ofc include all the moon minerals, not just the rare ones.

This would bring back the survey probes instead of just going to dotlan and looking for a moon to take. It will always gove more people a chance to get their hands on some goodies. It might not last them long but atleast it gives them the oportunity to get at some high valuables.

The big alliances holding multiple Tech moons will be opposed to this but in my opinion it will give more variety to the whole arena of moon mining. More dynamic environment for industrialists.

Yes, let's revitalize the awful suggestion of moving moon minerals so everyone has to run around and scan every ******* moon in every ******* system every ******* month hoping to get anything worthwhile actually mining.
