If goons control Venal/Branch/Tenal and the associated tech moons is there a commodity they can choke off to meet Mittani's promised economic interdiction ? He says it is for highsec but i kind of don't trust goons. They did the ice thing and are promising another highsec item but who knows the depravity of goons ?
