unlocated skill points

hi there.... maybe this is a noob quiestion, but when i open the character sheet, i always see unlocated skill points. And i know i can apply them to any skill, and than save some hours learning. But my quistion is, how can i get more unlocated skill points? Is there something to buy them or so?

You can't. You most likely obtained these due to having either Learning Skills or some of the old Connections skills, when they were removed. The skill points trained into these were added to your pool of unallocated skill points.

Only way to obtain more is given on Singulary, where you'll get 2 million every time you participate in a mass test. But on Tranquility you can't get more of them, unless they remove some other skills, you've trained, some day.

Allocate them wisely, you can't get it back. A better way is to allocate them to those skills with your lowest attributes like charisma so that you can save time on them.
