unlocated skill points

hi there.... maybe this is a noob quiestion, but when i open the character sheet, i always see unlocated skill points. And i know i can apply them to any skill, and than save some hours learning. But my quistion is, how can i get more unlocated skill points? Is there something to buy them or so?

no u can't buy them, they were given to u when ccp removed learning skills. so whatever sp u had in learning skill u were given back.

after u use it, u don't get more. best advise if u ever plan to sell ur char is to not use ur unallocated skills. as its worth more unused

Concurrently, they also refunded sp when they consolidated the connections social skills.
