Fix ship bays and corporate hangars

This **** has been going on for too long I can't even... why isn't it fixed yet?

If ship has corporate hangar or ship bay they should be ******* scannable for real. Totally unscannable cargo bay in orca is worst thing ever in eve. Fix kthx. Defense cannot be spies or whatsoever bullcrap. If you have half brain you put orca pilot in alt corp and do not tell anyone what you have in ship this is freaking eve basics here.

Also if someone has aggressed he should not be able to put his ship into ship bay and go trololo.

Both these things are something that simple minded guy like me cannot comprehend why they even exist.

Remove Cargo Scanner.

Remove Ship Scanner.

Problem solved. You might actually have to play the game and just blow sh*t up on grid with out a f*cking clue whats in the cargohold or has officer mods equipped. The guy with the 71 PLEX shot, didn't know what was in the kestrel (as far as we know) except that it was just a war target.

Or the fact, that you have full access to every possible intel - you see an industrial/freighter on over view, target it, run a scan, and OMFG! GUYS! GANK THIS GUY SOANDSO!!! - means that you should have at least 1 possible counter to your lazy ass that wants to avoid going -10 because otherwise you would have to shoot everything on site and hope something valuable drops instead of having that ability to get full intel before deciding to act. Yeah, 1 ship that counters cargo scans....whats next remove that you could possibly want; MWD + Cloak trick removed and just have every ship auto-lock + pop + loot magiclly appears in your station while being afk because you want it easier Roll
