The Price is now 175m, firm. Also, someone asked me if I would hold the offer open past the cut off. I told them that I would hold the offer open for up to 48 more hours, if they would provide a refundable deposit of 15m. However, at this current juncture, I am unable to be more accommodating, due to an upcoming vacation irl.
