Quick Question: Overseer Personal Effects state that they can be sold to CONCORD or DED. Where can one do this? If at CONCORD or DED stations, is there a particular button under Station Services to access this?

Disregard, I think. For some reason, my Google skills worked this time! For anyone with the same question, it appears that you simply sell it on the Market and CONCORD acts as a typical NPC buyer, usually the one with the highest offered price.

Yes, you sell them on the market and get some nice ISK out of it!

Just make sure you sell them to Concord NPC and not to a player as players will (obviously) give you less for them. You can check whether it's a player or NPC order by checking the remaining order time. If player then the time left will be less than 90 days, if NPC it'll be 364 days.
