Player Features and Ideas Discussion

Preface: I am a multiple account owner and i have several alts in my corporation. I have a private trading corp in Empire which i have three alts in it as well but have no need for another office to be at a different station every time i move items. In both situations i have to daily and sometimes hourly swap resources from character to character even in the same station. The translation of items is comber-sum and costs isk if i contract things. Trading is just a pain as it is on its own. There has got to be a better way to trade and to store things among mutually owned characters / friends in game.

Idea: Chartered Hanger.
A player has the option through a skill or standings if you must to be able to "Rent" a hanger that is accessible by more then one character. Other characters to use this "Chartered Hanger" must be invited to this hanger and can be given varying access levels to its uses per the moderators discretion. This is useful since you no longer have to trade things back and forth from one character to another and have the expense of contracts as well to contend with. This Chartered Hanger creates a swap space that allows one to drop things in it and log out and log back in and take said item with the other character or simply facilitate a quick swap of things that takes place in an instant. This also creates a space for a person to store things that will be needed at a later date, like PI for example. The mechanics are already in the game per the corporate hanger setup and the private chat channels that exists already. What would even be greater then that is if this was expanded to include the ability to allow alts to access each others Customs Office hangers while in space. this would speed things up much faster!
