I'm thinking of starting a 1v1 tourny with 1-2b prize payout for the winner, obviously secured with a secure 3rd party
entering fee would be around 50mil a person.

Is there interest? someone actually want a real 1v1 for once?

If I knew I would last more than 1 round, I'd be all for it.

But I suck at winning fights... even when they are in my favor mathematically.



I would gladly be the third party though...
Money doesn't matter much to me, if I really wanted a few billions I would just steal it from my boss. Or ask... he would probably give it to me, CEO pet.Smile

Or... if you need someone to watch to make sure there was no interference, that would be fine with me.

Sounds like a really cool idea, if you can get it organized a third party setup.

You might get more assistance in somewhere like warfare and tactics or probably more appropriately events & gatherings

Is there something like a 1:1 arena in EVE? Or would it be like "I swear! There is no 200ppl gank fleet next gate ^^"?

I don't play EVE that long but my first lesson learned was: DON'T TRUST ANYONE IN EVE! So your idea sounds like a scam to me: First you take my 50mil then wreak my ship, kill my toon and laugh about me.

Decide what kind of tourney you want to run. Then make announcements.

Secure the prizes and fees with a 3rd party.
