Cost from FW LP stores: Considerably less than from CONCORD

(duh)

CONCORD store version is the one that sets "max price". As long as there is enough supply from FW pilots, no sane person gets one from CONCORD store. (this being EVE, that doesn't mean it won't get also bought from CONCORD store; just pointing out that it would require the buyer to be mentally deficient and/or bad at math)
