Discon glitched my launchers

Just about ten minutes ago, I got a disconnect during a mission and now my launchers wont reload, activate, and after removing them from my tengu to un-glitch them they wont fit to ship. The highs are empty but it still says there are no free slots. I dont have another boat near me, just the tengu. Anyone else get these strange module behaviors?

Do clean your cache and reset everything tho. It usually helps
