cant transfer a toon onto another full account

ive redeemed 2 plex cards and im trying to transfer one of my alts to a new full account.

All i get is "We were unable to authorize your payment at this time. Please ensure you have sufficient funds and/or contact your bank/card issuer for further information. "

WTF ?

im trying to use 2 plex cards not my bank account that has way enough to transfer tho

Any ideas?

followed all that, got the 2 plex cards redeemed out of game and still says about my credit card wven when i try and use the plex cards

any help please

found the problem.

my other toon was not in a NPC corp and thats why.

Transfered this toon to my other 60day xmas trial that has been activated with a plex
90days of eve goodness.

this funny error message appears when the character you are transferring is in a player corp.

The issue seems to be that the same generic message is getting displayed for every kind of error stopping people from transferring. It's being looked into as we speak.
