"CCP Views" column in forums

In addition to the existing "Views" column for forum threads, I'd like to propose adding a "CCP Views" column. This new forum statistic would increment whenever a CCP dev or GM views the thread.

The purpose would be to provide players better feedback that their forum topics are actually being read by CCP, even if the devs/GMs do not have time to actively respond to each topic.
