On 114.01.6, at 0615 EVT, Lai Dai Infinity Systems [LDIS] submitted its application for joining The Fourth District <4TH>, Caldari capsuleer alliance.

To some, LDIS’s decision to join The Fourth District will come as a surprise. The Fourth District’s founder, the Caldari Independent Navy Reserve [CAIN] and LDIS have opposing political viewpoints in regards to amount of power Kaalakiota’s current CEO wields over the State and its megacorporations. LDIS continues to support of the Lai Dai Corporation politically, while CAIN’s leadership questions the legitimacy of Kaalakiota’s CEO and the organization built up around him. However, this difference of opinion does not demise either corporation’s desire to see the Caldari people and its corporations flourish and grow. This desire is what led LDIS to join The Fourth District and support the development of a Caldari capsuleer enclave in pursuit of shared Caldari ideals.

LDIS brings to The Fourth District end-to-end TechTwo research & manufacturing talent, to include moon material refinement and experience in market development. LDIS will continue its focus on producing high quality products utilizing The Fourth District’s current infrastructure with the potential to expand upon it. Corporate industrial operations will focus on Moon Operations and TechTwo Component manufacturing. LDIS’s Market Manager will coordinate employee TechTwo module & ship projects to support market demand. LDIS intends to maintain sales on Trony’s Market in KB-3J0 and sell excess stock back in Black Rise in support of the on-going conflict between the State and Federation.

LDIS comes to The Fourth District to address the challenges of resource utilization and space development. A challenge for any space-holding entity is efficient and profitable utilization of the resources it has, while it has them. LDIS plans to help address these challenges by being a local SCC-market customer for planetary commodities, moon materials, and asteroid minerals and a local SCC-market provider of TechTwo modules and ships. The hope is that this aids in creating an useful local economy.

LDIS is excited about the opportunity to apply its experience from Black Rise to building a Caldari capsuleer enclave with the rest of the corporations of The Fourth District.

Very good news Mr Nederland. I hope that you find Providence to your liking, my admittedly limited trading operations in the region have been relatively pleasant with the odd bout of excitement.

I am sure that the addition of more State loyal, progressive pilots to the 4th Districts null-sec holdings can only be a good thing for the continued expansion of State ideals and culture into unsettled space.
