I noticed one of the major corps from Gal FW along with various pilots from other Gal FW have moved over to help on the Minmitar front. Most likely in search of goodfights since Gal vs Squids is too currently lopsided.

Is this an indication that Minnie vs Amarr warfront will heat up in early 2012? One hopes so.

actually its because the amarrian retribution has lead the crusade and retook all our sov, and is now taking minmatar sov steam rolling through there systems.

Now THIS is an interesting discussion point for alliances. Amarrian Retribution is currently in a coalition with a number of the other major Amarr FW corps to orchastrate plexing activities. If these corps were in an alliance, would that further improve the organisation?
Regardless, people are having good fights and as per the links I posted a few posts back, there was a good BS/cap fight.

I was having a conversation with an RP alliance that was considering entering the militia when the Alliance FW feature goes live. Their concern was loss of their industrial membership base. Indy people have no interest in PVP thus there is little incentive for them to stay if their alliance enters militia.

My point being that this is may be one more reason as to why you may not see alot of RP alliances enter militia because of the lack of incentive for the industrial base.

Edit: I wonder if it's worth it to introduce features into FW that would entice indy people to join and support their respective militia albeit from an industrial angle?

There are obvious ways around this, as I'm sure you know, alt corp, etc. We have Indy guys with us and they do fine. There are obvious imitations such as going into opposing space, but they make it work. Also, can't afk travel as much, but I try to avoid that anyway.
Would be nice to see some Indy benefits though.
