Curious to know from those who run a Decshield as to how many corps you've brought in and saved. Care to divulge some numbers?

Just interested in gaging the popularity of Decshields

Somehow I think he was implying that YOU should post in the thread to ask your question directly of the primary decshield alliance...

Most people would like us to get back on track with this thread so let's do so

I emailed Zerg privately and he linked the dotlan info on Dec Shielding Alliance http://evemaps.dotlan.net/alliance/Dec_Shield/corporations

As you can see, he's only had 100+ corps use his services since it's initial advertising. Some of which are repeat customers. So this is 100 corps out of lord knows how many in hisec space. Maybe a few in other types of space but it's predominantly hisec. And the only other competitor that I know of is DecShedding Alliance and they haven't had any customers yet.

Conclusion? Unless there are tons of other competitors that I am missing, the Dec Shield mechanic hasn't gained the sort of mainstream popularity that many people have kept insisting on with such heresay. So there are still tons of hisec deccing going on. Whether or not this mechanic is putting pressure on CCP to fix hisec wars remains more of an uncertainty than a certainty has others have persisted. Please correct me if I'm wrong in my assessments.

PS- I LOLed at seeing Lions of Judah Incorporated using the service 4x already. They get decced for their Christian-based theme all the time.
