NOTE: This is from the perspective of a null-sec person, while I cannot claim I know everything about incursions, I am attempting to be as neutral as possible. Although potential biases will exist, please tell me why in detail my idea is good or bad, not just simply "no"

Incursions in my mind were an interesting concept, however as soon as I learned of the potential for large amounts of money, I began to think repercussions.

Currently, the state of the incursion is where sansha's invades a certain area and you have to fight to take it back, it has gotten very profitable for the hi-secers who can race to the incursion and gain hundreds of millions per hour with relatively low risk. By relatively i'm saying that its safer than low or null sec. My biggest issue with incursions is how easy they are to run, (i'm not sure if they have advanced AI) but however my problem with incursions is that you don't need a lot of logi to stay alive, another one is the RISK FACTOR. This is huge.

My idea of EVE is that money is directly proportional to risk. If you wish to mission run in hi-sec, you make less money but there is a lower risk, while there still is one of gank, its not as high as getting killed in null-sec.

Incursions provide relatively risk-free isk for hi-sec, that is what I feel is gamebreaking, I'm proposing reducing the # of incursions in hi-sec and moving some more to low-sec.

To those of you who argue that null-sec has PLEX's and ANOMS, my response is, yes, of course null sec has good payouts *if you know how to scan =D*, however my everyday ratting in null sec reaps me in some 55million an hour, not amazing compared to what you can make in incursions. Not to mention, whenever a neut or red is in system, I have to safe up, halting my money making process, What i'm saying is that null-sec should pay more than hi-sec, and incursions are breaking the balance.

So how does this apply to scammers and the like, who mostly use cheap alts?

I'll agree that it is potentially breaking the balance, and maybe a little skewed in terms of risk vs. reward though. Even Incursion runners seem to think so. As it stands, far as I know, they get LP too; on top of their usual rewards.

The Team factor may or may not help to balance all this out; though some suggest it's really 60-100 million ISK an hour.

Yes, incursions are good isk when you get running and when you get going with a decent fleet.

The use of very little logistics is slighty unfair as there IMHO is alot more damage in an OTA at last wave (if blitzing) than a C5 WH site.

The waiting time to get into fleets, the investment to run the sites competitively, the competition for sites... Considering in 0.0 you can run ANOM's and RAT solo and if you run 0.0 incursions you make a nice wee bit more.
