Client not properly saving some settings

Most window positions are being saved properly but some are not like:
- ships cargo
- wreck window
- mission briefing after undocking/redocking/starting eve
- drone window in space after undocking is always twice as big as the 2 lines that are visible and resetting for each ship after undocking
- chats are mixed up after starting eve except local but still all stacked in one window like I want them.

I already tried deleting cache folder, reinstalling eve from the ground but these issues are still there and that for like 2 years or maybe more.
