Started Saturday, around 2-3 pm Eve time. Connection timeout when trying to login, same for forums, impossible to join. Today it took me 20 min to get into my hangar and I got booted after 2mins. Lucky enough to log into the forums but it's freaking slow.

Besides eve my internet works fine, tried to play other online games on EU/US servers, nothing going wrong.

Could it be related with the previous ISP thingy we had yesterday? Please help!

Playing from Seoul here (SK broadband). I get a constant degree of lag in any game I play on US/EU servers (around 150ms during off-peak hours; upwards of 300-400 during peak hours, 8pm-12am, though this has more to do with everyone in my building watching their dramas at these hours).

I have no connection issues within EVE, or with other games I have played (Diablo 3 beta, BF3, WoW), the only exception being RIFT (and the wonderful folks at TRION Worlds have made it directly clear that they don't care).

I suspect it may be an issue with your ISP, and may want to get in contact with them. Also, Asia is a big place. Being more specific might get you better help.

Thanks for your answer.

I'm playing from China, and indeed after asking on the Chinese channel it seems some there got the same problems.

After trying to tracert and ping the eve server I came to the conclusion I was losing packets at this step of the route 218.30.54.182 (Organization: Chinanet POP in American), which seems to be the bridge between China and USA.

Strange things tho is that the eve forum takes ages to load something as well when the rest of the web runs fine, and I'm an expatriate so I browse exclusively EU/US web. Other MMOs (I won't name to prevent any suicide of my ships) work like they always did, EU/US located servers as well.

Yesterday CCP had to change things with their ISP, I hope it's not a consequences of this change.
