The OP would make sense if PLEX was actually something. But, it's not. CCP doesn't have to "get PLEX" to sell PLEX. It's not even the same as printing your own money. Tell me the OP has the sense to know it's only numbers in a database...red...black ink. The PLEX you buy as a player with the item icon is just for show...the transaction is the thing.

CCP using agents to farm for PLEX. Hilarious.
