looking for top raked on killboard on battleclinic (or similar) ie PVP

not looking for high skilled non pvp char.

the budget shiould suggest the SP value i have in mind.

Right, so a top ranked 150m sp toon is not impressive because it isn't skilled how you would train it?
Dont be so ignorant. How many toons do you see with perfect capital support skills?
No one is blinded by numbers, just impressed by the way its been trained.
Although im guessing you wouldnt know what to do with it... Roll

You know when you buy the character you aren't also buying the player who took it to the top on Battleclinic. It takes more than skillpoints to make an elite PVPer. Anyway good luck, I guess this is a free bump.
