how do i upgrade to paid subscription?

when i enter the website for EvE it tells my on the left 1.buy eve or 2. upgrade to paid subscription?
i was just wondering do i buy the game or upgrade to paid subscription.

"Buy" shows up for everyone, even people who already have paid subs like myself.

Use "Upgrade to paid subscription"
