I won't be picky about much else, but I demand that no battleship skills be present. Large turrets for tier3 bc's is just fine of course. Looking for anything from starters with good core skills to focused frig/cruiser/bc pilots. I'll be shaping the character to suite my own needs so race and training focus is not a big deal.
