Level 4 standings w/ Caldari Navy, Amarr Navy, and some misc. Caldari NPC corps

Genolutions, +4s, and PvE implants

I would train up my sub systems, and stop training Fuel Conservation

Train them to level 4 (all 5s would be nice) and you should make some good isk... also if you can get Heavy Assult Missles to 4

Haha, thanks for the tips! The only reason I'm training Fuel Conservation is because it has the biggest impact (according to EFT) on my lack of cap-stableness currently (speed tank being necessary on a Tengu, etc).

Subs to 4 are definitely next on my list though, and either HAMs or standards after that (standards should be real quick).

Is it not worth it to go for Fuel Conservation for cap stability, and just deal with CCCs?
