Confirming matari exodus are well known retards who fly active shield tempests and everything else. I have never seen Jaster arcturus engage a dozen canes in his tengu.
(retards = good pvpers in what ever language you speak, yes?)

In addition, nobody active tanks cyclones or sleipnirs, ever. I have also never seen Willl adama flying around in an active tanked drake. I have never seen a jaguar with a medium shield booster, nor hawks, nor harpies. Garmon did not lose an active shield cynabal today. I didnt have an active tanked maelstrom in my fleet today, nor do I believe they exist.

Confirming no one has ever active tanked a jag, hawk or maelstrom effectively.

matari exodis? why the flying **** nuggets would i care what they fly? there are all of 5-7 ships out of the hundreds in even that can properly pvp active tank. and most of them are not even caldari. you know the main shield faction??!!! im arguing that for some reason armor tankers get instant extra armor but shield tankers have to wait till next month to regen thier shields. i lose a good 30-40 thousand ehp every time i make a jump!!!

and when some one says never ...... try to pull your head out your ass and learn what a generalization is. retards i swear. try to debate my thought not just choose a fact and blurt some trollish comments asshats.

Yeah, i have. But #1, thats not 400k shield ehp unless you are putting lolestamels on it, and #2, you already said in the OP you arent talking about many billion isk tengus.

So wait, this is a complaint about passive shields being under powered? It’s very balanced with other types of tanking if you understand it.

Buffer Tanking Shield: Be thankful they regen sans cap modules. Buffer armor tanks do not enjoy this luxury, but they do get instant gang boosts. That said, if you dock, you get free regens; buffer armor tankers have to pay for that kind of trick.

Regen Passive Tanking Shields: What you really care about is the 30% mark. That is the maximum regen and the life or death point. The regen that takes forever to gain melts away in an instant; it's nearly useless. The gang bonus really helps you regen rather than EHP.

Oh ya, you can even rep while cloaked in either case. No armor tanker can do that at all.

The difference being that active armor tanks are actually functional in PvP solo; where shield tanks are generally not.

Even I can Solo PvP in a Active tanked Myrmi; something I've never been able to do in a shield fit. Still lost the Myrmi, but being solo against 5 and damn near taking down their Rapier; I didn't feel all that bad about it.

Really, that was the best fight I've had, and it probably lasted around 5 minutes.

P.S. Not my character anymore; was sold shortly after. Wasn't originally either for that matter.
