Alright, there is something that baffles the **** out of me about low-sec


Why are Refinery Arrays, Drug Labs and Moon Harvesting Arrays (as well as all of the secondary POS mods related to the latter two) not allowed in 0.4's?

TBH, it seems completely arbitrary to not allow these structures to be anchored in a 0.4, but yet 0.4's are the same as the rest low-sec in all other regards, why is this? I mean, if they were intending for 0.4 to be a "middle-sec" area, why not also include 0.5 and 0.6 to more-or-less balance the three sec statuses out?

Anyone know the reasoning behind this? Dev response please?

Well, I never said that, that is one of the reasons I prefer low to null personally

There are some things that belong in null and some things that are allowed in low and why low is divided is what baffles me

And smart bombs. Oh, and that little sec status issue...In fact why not leave the bubbles in null and just get bombs & that sec status issue removed? Perhaps gate guns too?

It's not allowed because it's not.

Why is that a problem for you? What's wrong with going to 0.3 space to do the same thing, there are the same combat mechanics.

If the issue is over some juicy empty moon, it's only empty because it's not useful. If it were useful, in an 8 year old game, someone would have taken it, so you'd have to try to take it from them.
