I am searching for a way to copy market quickbars across different characters and different accounts but leaving each character contact list and bookmarks folders intact.

Is it possible? Or is everything clustered in the same .dat file and cannot be parsed in any way?

Bump, because I am sure many could use an export feature for this.

You /could/ try using manually created ship fittings (xml, and imported, if they don't validate them) and use that to drag and drop for creation.

How would export fittings help me export / copy the market quickbar?

You can drop a fitting onto the quickbar to add everything on the fitting to the bar.

It doesn't help with the export, but it does help with the import (as I assumed you wanted to be able to do. Otherwise it's pretty useless)
