Being shot at by NPC police despite sec status grind and ok standings.

I spent three horrible days chaining BS rats while being hounded by the locals and now I've got my sec status down to -2.43 but I'm still being shot at in 0.9

I almost lost a deadspace mod and I've got things to do-- not a happy camper here.

Relog. It caches the status. Happened to me, luckly i got my Huginn out but an hour later after a relog all was fine.
