Boost Repper - like a cap booster

So, lets say you're baiting someone, you're the flag-ship in a fight, or this is your fail-safe incase you get into trouble on a gate... whatever situation you can imagine.
So you have a module that is either a capacitor of sorts that unloads a quick boost of shield but needs a huge amount of time to recharge or needs a dock/undock to repair. For armor it'd be like a capsule of nano-bots or something. The amount would obviously have to be more than the booster/repairer of that ship class to be of any use and have some kind of fitting advantag, otherwise it'd only be viable as a deception tactic. Maybe a percentage?

I dont see it being too OP or ridiculous if its a 1-off thing or as slow to re-use as a bomb launcher. It'd take a slot that would otherwise be used to tank anyways. So you will be making a bit of a sacrifice for either resistance/ehp/active tank for a 1-off thing of greater short term effect.

For a buffer tank, it would be the same as having more buffer, so I dont see it being much use there. For active tanks it would be a more viable option, giving you one last surge of defence before dieing for whichever reason, be it escaping, turning the tides, etc. Might make active tanking somewhat more used in pvp compared to buffer tanks. Is that something we want? I dunno. I just rarely ever fit active tanks for pvp, as Im sure most other people do too.

There'd be small/med/large sizes, for the appropriate ship classes.

Would someone hazard a guess as to how much it should boost?

...How exactly would adding this module, in any way, have a different effect than just adding a plate to it?

Less weight? More of a surprise? Less fitting requirement? I dunno. Just a random idea.
