Add Route Tab on Station Information Panel

When considering courier missions, I usually bring up the info screen for a station from the mission screen. Then I have to go to the "Location" tab, then click the (i) or right click the system to bring up its info screen. Then I have to click the route tab.

While looking at route tabs, please add system security values to the systems.
