Whoever has the post number that gets drawn wins a carrier of his choice. If the drawn number is me, I will draw the dice again.

It will be Chribba's dice obviously, but it can't be made ready before since we don't know how many bumps there will be.

Yes, the tracker doesn't assign random numbers, I might bring this up with Somer for the future to have the option to choose random or sequential.
