Its still the same - after entering log-on details, it takes me to another log-on screen....over and over

Same.
It also seems to be forgetting who I am when I return to the fourms and the session has expired (selected to remember my details).
Have to logon at the top since logging on when prompted below the menu goes into a feedback loop as the OP has said.
