Is there any way to make the factories work faster? I haven't been able to find an upgrade path for them. Set up a small T2 conveyor but it's just trickling out the stuff. The excavators overwork it even with just the one. I'm not even mining in a particularly good area and in fact had to get OUT of the red zones to keep it from swamping my silo in just 1 day. I don't see how anyone can make extra funds from a good planet if you can't get these factories churning faster...How's this done?

sounds like you didnt upgrade your command center Lol
Dont use extra storage , just use the space port.
And remember: Each route comes from the space port or goes to the space port.

In the w-system I got to have 6 basic and 3 advanced factories to keep up with the extractors. In high sec I normally run just 2 basic and one advanced. I do 3 day cycles, 2 a week as that keeps depletion down to a dull roar. And no, this is not the absolute best way, but its quite easy.
