POS Running costs

I would appreciate if someone could confirm my maths in the cost of running a medium POS
Fuel blocks cost around 15K and are not far short of that to manufacture so I will use 15 K as the base price
Medium tower uses 20 X 720 per month X 15 K = 207 mills
Sometime back I'm sure I remember the cost being around 70 mills per month.
What happened other than PI?

Secondly, is it still true that faction POS's will not get a fuel reduction per cycle bonus.
I remember reading somewhere that CCP were unable to give the fuel reduction because of an inability to devide 40 by 75%.
As a compensation they would increase the fuel bay.
I just wonder if they took their car in for a service and it came out with double the fuel consumption for no extra performance, that they would feel compensated at having a larger fuel tank fitted?

Isotopes at their lowest were 250 isk per unit, or thereabouts, about a year ago, and robotics were originally about 8k.

For the rest of it, faction towers are getting fuel cost reduction . 25% reduction off of 40 is an easy 30. The fuel use bonus is why fuel block consumption was upped from 4 per hour to 40 per hour for large towers. It's buried somewhere in the devblogs. Though I don't see anything that gets 25%, just 10% and 20%.

"Faction towers will have a 10% fuel use reduction for "tier 1" towers and a 20% fuel use reduction for "tier 2" towers (compared to their standard tower equivalents), taking them to 36/18/9 and 32/16/8 respectively for large/medium/small towers"
