If I had known how much Winmatar are used I wouldn't have bothered training Hybrids or Armour tank at all.

It's not that it's useless, it's that it's not shields.

Saaaaayyyyyy Wwhhhaaaatttt ??

Thats just crazy talk and I refuse to comment futher.

0.0 outposts and a few hig sec stations (i think) have under 50% base so you need it to make perfect.

All my mining skills.
All my corp related skills except Anchor/Starbase Defense.
All my research skills (cba to bother with it anymore, datacore income is paltry)
Electronic Attack Frigate V
Black Ops V
Cruise Missile Spec
Caldari capital ships

At least CCP moved hybrid turrets off that list. =/

BS. A DCII needs hull upgrades 4. That's your value right there, even if you never armour tank.

I regret training it to level 5. DCII's are good, but I didn't need the extra 5% armour.

Unless you are intending to Nano fit every Minmatar ship type then why wouldnt you want the 5% ??

Especially considering the low training time required to get it to Lvl V in the first place.

Anything to do with mining or pi that I trained I wish I hadn't, and I wish I could take my skills put into gallante ships into minmatar.
Everything else though I'm happy with, mainly because I'm an indecisive skiller. Only plan I've managed to stick to for more then a month is the golem prereqs. Even then I keep putting them on hold for a day or two.

I hate that "putting them on hold for a day or 2". Been doing that for a remap... Going on 4 months already. I *WAS* going to go back to int/mem but noooo... I can now fly 2 different races carriers and dreadnaughts. Do I? Not really, but I can. I figured train up some stuff before the remap and just kept training... almost 20 mill SP in ships. I only need to bring a couple more up and then I'll remap... Uph!

1.1mil in Mining from when I first started and though mining was the best way to make money
340k in Minmatar/Gallente ships due to corporate rules (ugh...)

It's not much, but it still annoys me to see wasted skillpoints when I have so many other things I want.

any skill that claims to earn "easy money" at some insane rate of 1 plex a week.

These include Mining, and Planet Interaction.

skills that any ship that requires 400mil isk to fit and fly, These include Battleships, Orcas, and T2 fitted Battle Cruisers, when in reality I should stick to well fitted T1 frigs instead.

Learning that after making those B-lines straight into a shipfit is a really bad idea.

However with time wasted and Isk lost, I've began to learn to taylor my training around the things I use frequently. Like projectiles after using them 80% of the time, and scanning and salvaging, or anything else I instantly do when I log onto eve.

Its perhaps best to ignore those 1 year uber plans from Evemon and plan my ques based upon my flavor of the week.

You can use a POS refinery array to process ice for 100% yield, so ya, level 5 is almost totally useless.

Most useless skills:
* Battleship Construction 5
* Industrial Construction > 3

I regret training railguns because I always use blasters. Got them trained for a corp fleet that never got off the ground either. Pstupid of me, but at least i'm "well-rounded," now, lol.

Call me crazy but if it costing you 400 mil to fit out any of the ships you mention (less the Orca) then please post which market you are buying from so I can set up some ships/mods to sell.

I used to train mining skills during my first two months of the game but then I realized mining was essentially shooting rocks so you can make money and shoot rocks with bigger ships.

FOF and Defender missiles - maybe because I only trained them to Lvl 1 or 2 but they both seem pretty useless
