The main reason for selling it as soon as the reserve was met = ease the pain of babysitting a thread
Another reason is: there is only one serious buyer interested. If another one appears before redalert381 accepts the contract, things will change and i won't accept even higher b/o offers (eg: 29b), because they will outbid each other, eventually reaching the initial B/O value ( just like it happened with the mimir auction ).
