Is this still going?

I wanted to provide feedback based on questions that I see being most frequently asked in the Rookie Help chat. I am ignoring questions of people who can't read/follow the tutorials they're given(like "How 2 undock". Yes, it really happens).

- "What is the aggression timer?"
- "Can I control my ship manually/with WSAD?"
- "Scanning tutorial". You know what, just link the YT video in the mission briefing.
- "How do I split stacks?"
- "How do I buy stuff/sell stuff/market?" It's amazing there's no market tutorial considering even some of the tutorial missions will force you to use it and, well, it's one of the most important tools in EVE in general.
- "How can I target more than two ships?"
- "How to increase my CPU/Capacitor/Power grid?"
- "What does overloading a rack mean?"
- "What's the difference between white, yellow, blue cargo/wreck? Can I loot/salvage it?"
- "What's the difference between security levels/what security level is non-pvp/in what security level do the enemies spawn?"
- "What does yellow/red/green player icon on the overview mean?"

Also:
- Gate cloak is not explained.
- The tutorials provide many "weird" items that are nonstackable with normal non-tutorial items despite having same name and stats, and are not even stackable with each other.

There are no "weird" items in the tutorials, but there are some 'civilian' modules which only work in the tutorials (analyser, codebreaker and salvager).

If any item has the same name as another it is the same type and they will be stackable.

All items of the same type are stackable - you just have to remember to repackage them first.

For example I didn't realize that level 1 security missions required a destroyer. I lost 4 frigs and most of my money before I got it. There was no description providing of the type of ships need for such missions. Very bad design.
I believe the general advice is that only a frigate is required for most, if not all, Level 1 missions.

Actually, L1 missions should be able to be run in a noobship, since they're there to help anyone who loses everything.

I kinda went through this at one point ... but more because I gave everything away, and only kept the toon... Roll "I'm done guys..." (yeah, that didn't happen)

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia
