First question. If I Haz an idea to submit to some devs about something that could be added to increase game value. Which among these many threads would i submit such an article?

Second Question. Is there an EvE Client repair utility that will fix my EvE client after say a BSOD or after my disk de-fragmenter 'accidentally' misplaces a portion of my EvE client? After 7 years of playing this game I would think there would be something that could fix the client rather than just having to re-download the whole effin client all over again :(

CCP mostly sucks at their job, but Veritas is a pretty cool dude.
