Logging to escape

I'm was glad to see that a fix was introduced that prevents players from logging off to evade a fight.
I think this same principal should apply to logging on!
If the game was true to life you could not just disappear, equally you should not just be able to appear,
I suggest a delay time after logging in before you can engage a target
Many corps/alliances are using this as exploite.

Might want to rename the title to "log on traps".

Are they still used very often though, I'm presuming this is a high sec wars thing? And isn't it classed as an exploit anyway?
