EVE Boards like application? - anything like this or interested in building it?

I have used EVEboards for a while, I like it for planning and seeing what is done at a glance... recently I tried to sell a Character (alt) and couldn't really come up with a ISK in ISK out formula... I know that the API can be used to tally ISK and I thought why doesn't there exist a tool where you put in your ID/API and get a total on the amount of ISK in implants and skill books you have under your belt... a base line for the calculation of your ISK invested in your skills, that would be very handy, as well as a very nice bottom line for char valuation... e.g. I have 1,000M ISK in skill books learned and a set of X+ implants at *market value*, and so the base of the value is X and then put whatever markups are there or just be able to calculate your ISK in your char.

Maybe this exists, but I doubt it as I haven't found it yet and I did some extreme EVE tool searching when I was looking for some mining calculators and corp management stuff... didn't find what I needed there either... Ugh

be interested to know if there is such a tool or if anyone would build such...

It's pretty easy to build a generic formula for calculating character prices, the problem is whether it will actually reflect reality. EVEBoards pretty much does everything except give your character a price :P That said, it might be interesting to see whether I can come up with a decent formula :)

Would be so, I often wish I could snap-tool a total ISK, surprised CCP didn't put on in right off, they have everything else in the char to infinity, SPs and all that... but the wallet doesn't keep or calculate totals like that, be interesting to see how much ISK total the life of a char has gone thought also... but the Char pricing, Priceless!
