If you are stuck in J103538 with no scanning capability I suggest self-destructing back to your medclone and accepting the loss of that ship as payment for the lesson you just learned ... for whatever reason you had to be there without a get-home facility.

J103538 is a very ordinary C4 w-system and is probably not occupied. It has a C5 static and pretty dire PI. The kill record (both NPCs and players) for the system does not suggest that the system is occupied.

Your alternatives to self destructing out are:
- Logging-in there and broadcasting help requests in local ... and hoping someone sees them **and** that they're inclined to help;
- Getting someone with a C4 static to spend a long long time serially collapsing connections until they find the system you're stranded in;
- finding a pos (jumping to planets and using your DS), identifying its owners, and engaging their assistance.
